+++ Prime Capital expands AR Team with 2 senior hires +++

Frankfurt, 21st January 2019

With the beginning of the year, Frankfurt based Prime Capital AG has added two senior alternative investment specialists to its Absolute Return team.

Tilo Wendorff brings 20 years investment experience in hedge funds and related alternative assets, gained in senior roles at Max Planck Foundation, a non-for-profit organization, and MIO Partners, a subsidiary of McKinsey & Company. He joined Prime as a managing director and will lead its hedge fund analysis and fund-of-hedge-funds management.

Furthermore, the company strengthened its liquid alternatives team with the hire of Vivek Mani. Vivek Mani held senior investment positions at the World Bank, UBS Global Asset Management and Abu Dhabi Investment Council (ADIC). He also was a PM at a global macro hedge fund and successfully developed and managed systematic strategies.

“The recent additions are part of our strategy to add senior professionals across the firm, supporting the strong growth of the company. 2018 was another successful year, with AuM rising from EUR 10.4bn to over EUR 14bn. Given our latest initiatives, recent and forthcoming hires, we remain confident to experience further growth across all business lines in 2019”, says Dr. Werner Goricki, CIO and board member of Prime Capital AG.
