Prime Capital AG expands Management Board and appoints Kerstin Hübsch as Chief Human Resources Officer

Prime Capital AG (“Prime Capital”), the independent asset manager and financial services provider that has EUR 4.3 bn Assets under Management as well as EUR 8.6 bn Assets under Administration across different asset classes, announces that its Supervisory Board has appointed Kerstin Hübsch as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) effective 01. November 2023 and at the same time appointed her to the Management Board of the company.

Hübsch, previously Managing Director and Chief of Staff of Prime Capital, combines many years of experience in the development and distribution of product and mandate solutions in the financial industry with extensive expertise in building and managing modern HR structures. Before joining Prime Capital in 2019, she held various management positions in the financial industry as well as in HR services and worked in Germany, Switzerland and Luxembourg for BNP Paribas Asset Management, UBS as well as Commerzbank, among others.

The appointment of Kerstin Hübsch to the Management Board further emphasizes the importance and significance of human resources work.”

With the establishment of a CHRO, Prime Capital ensures that the increasing requirements for a modern recruiting and working environment are taken into account at the highest strategic level. This includes influencing the implementation of the company’s values and culture; in addition, staff development is given a very important role.
